I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?
Not having your physical card is fine. We are able to provide service with just your name, DOB, home address, phone number, and Medicare Member ID.
How much will my copayment be?
We provide service under Medicare, there is absolutely ZERO cost to you.
What is your new patient procedure?
In order to be seen, our procedure is as follows. First we collect you information. Next is checking your eligibility followed by then sending one our doctors to see you within 24-48 hours.
